They Took Everything Except One Odd Thing

Last week my house was broken into. Everything was taken except for one item.That item was a hair straightener. I did not think about how strange that was, until I got my hair done earlier today. My hair dresser always used this blue straightener to style my hair after it was cut, but today she used a green straightener. I thought it was weird because my straightener was green. I have used it since my house was broken into, so I think she came back and stole it during the week. She also had on this cute top that looked exactly like one of my sister's.

Valentine's Day

Today is Valentine's Day! My mom got me this perfume and lotion that I wanted really bad, so I'm pretty excited about that. Every Valentine's Day I want chocolate. I guess that's because people usually give chocolate out. Every wear I go I see pink,red, roses, stuffed bears, or hearts. I bet stores make a lot of money off of this holiday. I kind of wish that we didn't have to go to school because it is a holiday. Well, happy Valentines Day!

Weekend

On Friday I have softball practice with my team called, the Stingers. On Saturday, I will play in a volleyball tournament with my team called, Crush. I am supposed to go to conditioning that day, but I decided to skip that for volleyball. I like both sports, but I decided that tournaments are more important than practices. On Sunday, I do not have any plans, so It might be boring. I do not have school on Friday or Monday.

Measuring Tape

This measuring tape has been around the world because it has been passed around by famous designers. People used it to work with Lady Gaga, Selena Gomez, and other people like Kesha. They have fought over who gets to use it. I guess that they think that it brings good luck to them before they preform on their tours across the world. My guess is that if they have special things that they think can help them preform better on stage, then they will use it.

Mizzou

Mizzou is a popular college, and people wear a lot of Mizzou hoodies to my school. Today I counted at least ten people wearing Mizzou. I don't know very much about Mizzou except that they have a popular basketball team, and they have a very good softball program there. I was going to one of my sisters softball tournaments, but before we got there we stopped and toured the campus. I remember their cafeteria the most because it was big and full of food.

Memmory

One of my best memories is going to my aunts house for Christmas. We played Pictionary until two in the morning, and ate a lot of food like chicken, cheeseburgers, cookies and other snacks. After the day that we played Pictionary we had to finish our float for a parade that we were in. I don't remember the theme of the float, but I do know that we got first place that year. It was one of my favorite Christmas celebrations.

Chocolate Chip Cookies

Chocolate chip cookies are my favorite thing to eat. That might be because I love chocolate. My dad's girlfriend made me a whole bag of them last night. They were pretty good. They had a lot of chocolate, and they were also very chewy. I took some of them home with me this morning, so I could eat them later. My grandma makes them too. She is kind of known for making food like that. Everyone asks her to make chocolate foods, and she does. I love chocolate!
