I walked into the living room. "Why can't I go out side?" I asked my mother. "Because Alice you are grounded for snooping in other people's buissness. Go to your room!" I stomped back to my room and looked in the mirror. I wasn't snooping! I never snoop, I just, get curious. I sat on my bed and looked out the window when all of the sudden I heard a knock at the window. I looked out and was stunned to see a fairly large, almost man looking, tall white rabbit. "Well, don't just sit there and stare at me child! Come!" With a spark of rebellion in my eye I grabbed my coat and followed the rabbit out my window. He stopped in front of a mirror. On the other side of the mirror wasn't my house but a shack. "Come on now don't be slow!" We stepped through the mirror. In side the shack was dark, and all you could see was a floating smile. "Hello Alice. I'm Catherine Cheshire. Please sit.We are going to play a little game." Suddenly the lights came on. A woman wirh long, black, frizzy hair and whiskers stood before me with cards in hand. "Pick a card any card."
