..Bananas and Brady..
http://www.thekickisgood.com/?p=3479 |
The story behind the bananas is there was a car crash and the can was left at the scene and man eating raccoon's broke into the van. And that is when the bananas fell out all over the road. Tom Brady was the driver of the van he was air lifted the baby station where Chis and all his Patriot buddies lived. They were all living sad because that week the Patriots lost to Kansas City 41-14 it was awesome! A couple weeks before that They lost to Miami. And that is how the bananas got scattered all over the road.

The Patriots S U C K
The worst team in the NFL is the patriots. I have never liked the Patriots and last night they got smashed. Last night the Patriots lost to the Kansas City Chiefs. My friend Chris went to the game to watch the Patriots because that is his favorite team. The Patriots ended up losing 41-14 I can't wait till Chris gets back so i can rub it in his face that his favorite team lost. And how he drove there to see them loss. Its going to be great.

A Win
CLASS 4 DISTRICT 3 CHAMPIONSHIP: Festus goes from winless to champ in one year with win over De Soto |
Today is game day. We verse the Desoto Dragons. Last week they won by a lot to Windsor. They are suppose to be good but I think we will win. We have a great team and a lot of heart. Tonight we all just have to focus and have our heads in the game. We have been practicing for way to long to lose to them. They have been my teams rivals for eight years. We have won some and lost some, but today will be a win.

#NoFlyZone
Today is our second Football game. It is at Hillsbro middle school they look pretty good. Their offense is not that that bad but their defense pretty good. We play at 6:45 tonight. I think we have a good chance at winning this game, if our line blocks at we are going 110 percent on every play and we also have to have eleven men on the football when we are one defense. I am a starter on offense and on defense. I play outside linebacker and on offense I am a wing back. Tonight's game is going to be awesome!

PICTURE
I think the picture is a message that was from the Aliens saying they are going to capture and kill some of us. The ones who are captured will be the slaves of the Aliens and will have to make them food also they will have to rub their ugly feet. The last thing the slaves would have to do is put the alien to sleep. If you try to escape you will be punished by no food for 5 day and no water for 5 days. If you do it a second time you will be sentenced to death witch means they will drop you from the ship on to one of your family members houses.\

What I know...
Everything i know about the 9/11 terrost attack, I know that they snuck in to an airplane. And then highjacked the air craft. When they took the plane they went to New York and crashed the plane into the "Twin Towers." When the terrost crashed the plane they took a lot of peoples lifes. People burned to death and also died form th impact or from falling from the building. 9/11 is a day that the USA will never forget. I was only one years old at the time of this attack so I really dont remember, but this is what I know about the 9/11 attack.

Football
Football, football is my favorite sport. I love everything about it. Lets start off with offense, I love offense because I love to score touchdowns and it just gives me the chills when I look up at the score board and see that we are winning! Now defense. Defense is my favorite part of the game! I love the feeling when I run someone over and make them lose yards. I have been playing football for eight long years, and it still is a huge rush when I step on to the field.

When I have children..
If I ever raise a kid i will have my kids back through anything. He or she will play sports and be the athletic type. My kid will always have good grades and a positive attitude. My kid also will not be a trouble maker. My kid will not bully others. When he plays sports I will help him become the best to his abilities. And to set high goals. That his how I would raise my kid.

Yesterday...
dope football helmets - Google Search</title> <script>(function(){window.google= |
Yesterday after school i had football practice. About a hour in to the practice it began to pour down rain. We can practice in the rain, but not in the lightning. It began to lightning during team offense. So the whole team went inside to the gym, we were all still in our pads. We had to run for another hour. We also had to compete against others to make it to the finish line. The last thing we did was this drill where you have yo jump over a skinny line on one foot and not touch the line for four minutes, if you do stop coach would make you run and say "there is no giving up in footbal." That is how my day went yesterday.

Something That Bothers Me
Something that really bothers me is when guys think girls cant do something because we are girls. I know plenty of things that girls can do that guys cant. There are a lot of girls who are actually better at guys then most things. Guy think since we are girls we are weak and we aren't smart enough to do something they can or we cant take the pain. Like football, almost every guy in my gym class freaks out when girls want to play football because we are girls and we aren't fast enough or we cant throw the ball right we simply we are just girls. But then whenever us girls are doing something and they want to join we say no because they are guys and they get all butt hurt. Just like when guys say that girls cant ride good. I know plenty of girls who can ride 2X better then most guys. What really makes me mad is whenever guys say when they get married the wife is staying home and taking care of the kids because he can only work because he's the man. Alright we are not in the 1700 or whatever year it was that all of that was happening.

Kid Nation 6
A couple of words that I feel like are appropriate for this episode of kid nation is, authority, coercion, and cooperation.
Authority- The council leaders are a type of authority.
The people who get the star are kind of a part of authority because they get the power to be able to call there parents.
When the council is reading the journal they are the only authority that can read it because they have that power.
Whenever all of the council leaders were going to give Taylor her punishment she wouldn't do it and the only people who have that authority to give out a punishment is the council leader.
Coercion- Whenever Zach is trying to get everyone up and Taylor comes out all mad and yelling at Zach because she lost and she wants to be the council leader.
Whenever Taylor and her little friend weren't helping pick up the garbage there was an argument because neither of them every help with anything.
Whenever The other girl goes back to help so she doesn't get into trouble and Taylor doesn't go back with her they got in kind of an argument.
when Taylor got all mad at laurel and kept trying to get away from all of the people.
Cooperation-Whenever Zach is trying to get everyone up and Taylor comes out all mad and yelling at Zach because she lost and she wants to be the council leader.
When Taylor had to go and fill up the water she wasn't cooperating like she should've.
When ever DK was getting everyone rounded up to get everyone to help with the water everyone was actually cooperating.
Everyone was helping for the challenge.

Kid Nation 7
Anomie- Whenever Anjay was telling Greg to be nice to Nathan, Greg was just being mean to him and wasn't respecting him. A lot of the people were always listeniong to anjay whenever they were doing the challenge. For the trash whenever no one was taking it out. Everyone just lets taylor do what she wants to do. No one just picks her up and forces her to help.
Stigma- When ever Everyone was being mean to Taylor. She was never ever helping anyone. Everyone was basically being an example of stigma because they were labeling her as a brat or rude. Whenever the little boy was getting mad at all the girls he knocked down the table. The girls were labeling him bratty and rude.
Deviant- Whenever the little boy got mad at all the girls he knocked over the table. When the girl put all that nasty stuff into a pot and put 50 cents in there she was being deviant to. other people Greg was being mean to Nathan. He wasn't letting him do anything his own way like he was told to do. He was just being a jerk to him.

Kid Nation 5
Three words that remind me of this episode of kid nation is conflict, in- group, and group boundary.
The reason I feel like conflict is good for this whole episode is because whenever the yellow team wasn't wanting to get up. That one boy just yelled at him and told the kids to get up and go make breakfast they wouldn't get up. They got into a fight and it jut caused a huge conflict between everyone. When the blue leader was trying to get everyone's attention and to get everyone to settle down and everyone just started throwing u things at him. Whenever the blue leader was trying to get his team awake to go do the work that they have to do the one older girl started yelling at him and saying he was annoying and everything and that's a type of a conflict.
Let me tell you a couple reasons why in-group is a good use of word for this episode. Whenever the green team was talking about who was going to see who was going to over vote laurel and see if it was actually going to be a vote against her. When the blue council leader was talking to laurel he was telling her how he's going to start demanding respect from his group. He also said we was going to do better in the future.
since I have told you two words that I feel like fit this episode. Now im going to tell you about the last one witch is group boundary. Group boundary means A way to separate from every other group. So whenever they have all there different colors one to separate each other from everyone that's an example of group boundary. The head bands that they wear are a example of group boundary.

Kid Nation 4
Three words that remind me of this episode is obligation, role, and social interaction. Let me tell you a couple reasons why I feel like this is true. I hope that you understand my explanations.
obligation, a couple reasons I feel like this is true are, whenever the teams get there positions they have to comment to get there duty done. Whenever no one was doing the dishes and it was there job and nobody was doing it they weren't following threw. the town council has to make a commentment to help them and guide them the whole 40 days.
Role, a couple reasons I feel like this is true are, whenever everyone was acting up about them asking to have a service they were all acting up and they weren't having a good role. whenever Morgan stepped up and was taking a role to get a couple of people from her team to come and sit by the bonfire and do a couple of prays. Whenever the one guy from there yellow asked the green team if she needed help doing dishes and he separated himself from the yellow team. whenever the red team is working together at the puzzle. they all kept saying they were going to do good and they were being positive about everything.
Social interaction, a couple reasons I feel like this is true is whenever that girl was talking to Sophia in the begging and she was kind of acting like an older sister getting her to be happier about herself. whenever the little boy is getting everyone's beliefs on god I guess you could say that's kind of a relationship between god and that individual. Two of the boys from the red team were working together to find that one piece to the puzzle that they needed. a couple people from the yellowing team were working with Taylor to get all of the pieces where they needed to go. when the blue team was cranking to get the castle up into the air they all worked together.

The Poorest President
What I think about the whole situation is its very nice, but then again its also bad. People could take advantage of him for his money. One of these days he's going to give away all of his money about and he's going to be left with nothing and no one where he lives is going to help him out with food, a lace to stay, or even a shower. They are just going to let him sit there and walk the street or do whatever homeless people do. I mean think about it, what if our president gave everyone all of his money, still no one would like him but I bet you any amount of money that every single person in the US would take advantage of him in some way or another. I mean yea its kinda kind of him to donate almost all of his money to charities and other people but I mean what does he have left. Nothing. The money he has left after he donates his 90% he probably uses for his family, bills, kids, and wife, I bet you a man that kind doesn't spend any of his money on himself and I guess if that's what he wants to do then let him do it but everyone is going to take advantage of him the rest of his life.

Free Post(My Easter Break)
Thursday night I went to Tina's party with a couple of friends. There was a bonfire and a lot of people ended up coming. After the party was over I went to Desis house and that next morning my mom came and picked me up. Then I spend the whole day with her and my grandpa at the doctors. Friday night me and Chloe went to keilis party. It was a lot of fun, but I sprained my ankle because I jumped off something and my ankle kind of like locked and didn't want to move. So, that night my mom looked at it and she said it was really swollen and we showed her friend that's a doctor and she said that is was sprained so now I have to keep this dumb wrap on it for a while. Anyway, on Saturday I went to my sisters house. The first night we kind of just sat around didn't really do anything. Then on Easter we went to her boyfriends families house. They are like my second family. We had a blast. Well they did. I couldn't really walk anywhere. But, I played basketball sitting down. Its not the easy. Then on Monday we had a memorial bbq for my sister that past away a year ago. There was volleyball bad mitten Frisbee. There was a lot of stuff. She would've had an amazing time. Her brother Steve handed out bracelets for her. They look really cool. They are orange with green lettering.

Kid Nation Episode 2
A couple of words that remind me of this episode is, society, culture, and morals. I hope you think these words fit all of the situations that I use.
A couple of reasons I think society is because all the teams with in one group which is basically like a society. When the teams got there and got the jobs they have to do and its kinda like a society together. Even though a lot of the kids weren't really on the cooking team they still helped with dishes. A lot of the upper class helped the cooks with like
A couple reasons I think culture is a good word for this episode is because they all had to make a descion to kill the chicken or not kill the chicken. The boys had to make the descion on what to do whenever the water pump was frozen they had to decide on how they were going to unfreeze it. All the teams have to work together to one try and get the challenge done in an hour and then they had to work together and just separate teams to get the water flowing through the pipes. At the end the council and to make a descion on who to give the gold star.
Laws is another good word for this episode because they have certain laws they have to follow. When the yellow team had to be in the kitchen cooking and getting the food ready they weren't and that's a law they were suppose to follow. And they weren't. They all had certain laws that they had to obey to get the wheel to spin. Like they could only use tubes to get the water flowing. They had to run back to the line in order for them to actually be finished the task they had to complete.

Kid Nation Episode3
A couple of words that remind me of this episode are the following, socialization, self-concept, and play stage. You might not agree with all of the ones that I agree with. I am going to explain to you why these words for this episode for me. While the episode keeps playing I will tell you why these three words work for this episode. I hope that you agree.
A couple of reasons why I think socialization is a good word for this episode is, how they have to come up with a bed time. The yellow team has to try and be more socialization to get the kitchen ready. To get also get food cooks so they can eat and not starve. Whenever the group leaders were trying to get there team to win in the show down they all had to work together to get all the aces. The yellow team had to all work together and get all of the aces so they could get the upper class.
Another reason why I think self-concept is a good example for this episode is, whenever Greg is cussing. Also, the way he was trying to get everyone awake he was making everyone think that he is a bad kid and everything. Whenever the little boy that has never out his opinion in anything they do put his opinion in the curfew is an example of self-concept. The older people have like an image of there self whenever they cuss all the time and all but they are still really good in the show down. The yellow team is like all little kids but they are making a better image of there selves by stepping it all up and getting the upper class.
Play stage is a good word for this episode because, Whenever the one little girl was saying she feels like she has to be kind of like the mom. When Greg was going crazy and everything she was saying that the little girl doesn't need to be hearing all of this and everything. All the teams have to act like they get along and they like each other just to get everything to plan out the way it all has to work. The yellow team captain has to get everyone to try and get calm so they can discuss why they got the microwave and not be yelling and screaming. To get everybody asleep they had to like play stage to be like kind of an adult so they took control to get everyone asleep on time.

My Night With My Bestfriend
Im going to talk about my night with Jadyn last night. Oh my. Well when we were on the bus we were like "screaming" the song that we were listening to and I got yelled at by some guy behind me. Then when we got home we talked to my mom and we all laughed and since my mom works nights she didn't go to sleep and she was really tired so it was even more funny. She had me and Jadyn cracking up laughing. On the bus I was also taking swag fails with my friends had on the bus. They were horrible. Then after my mom went to bed before she had to go to work that night. Jadyn and I made bacon hash browns eggs and toast. It was not good. The eggs turned out weird looking the toast was burnt the hash browns looked awkward and the bacon just hurt me. Seriously. I have red marks all up my right leg from where the grease popped it. It also went on my arm. After we finally got something to eat we had to go to my friends house to get my phone fixed. oops. Then after me and Jadyn watched movies and ate food.

Kid Nation Episode 1
A couple of words that I think are in the first episode of Kid Nation is perspective, social structures, and proletariat. I'm going to tell you a couple reasons on why I think those three words fit this episode of Kid Nation. I hope you agree with my reasons. Because I think they are very supportive. Thank you for taking your time out to read this essay.
One reason why I think its perspective is because a couple of the kids were saying there perspective on what they think is going to happen while they are away from every adult for 40 days. Everyone was putting there perspective on how to make the macaroni and cheese. A lot of the kids were also putting there opinion on what to make for dinner then option a didn't work. One of the boys were saying that he was very happy with what they did for dinner. Also the little girl put her perspective on how she wasn't happy and how she missed her family and missed her normal food and her bed.
A reason why I think its social structures is the way that all the kids are talking to each other about how do get the goats that escaped and the way they are talking to each other about how they are going to pull the wagons. Also how they talk about getting all of the stuff back in the wagons that broke. Most of the kids were talking to one of the council leaders and were using their social structures with talking to him and trying to make him call of the meeting. When the little boy didn't get any food he and one of the team councilor had to use social structures to talk to each other and get foods ready and they also had to have a meeting right there and talk about what there doing and how they need to act more mature because they all want to prove to the adult that's they can work together and they can take care of there selves. The older girl council was helping the little boy because he was missing his family and was missing everything they did together and she said that she would help him as much as possible to take it feel like home.
I also this its proletariat because the way that all of the kids were working for the councils and how they were pulling the wagons while the councils were directing them on where to go and where to put everything. All of the kids that have been cooking and cleaning up the kitchen is an example of proletariat because they are helping out the council. Also an example is when they are doing laundry and catching chickens and getting goat milk and getting everything like that for other things. When the only adult comes back and tells tem about the challenge they are going to work in stores and get milk and everything like that. Whenever the teams was caring the stuff the waters comes out that's also kind of like proletariat because they are helping the council out with the show down.

Do Video Games Make Kids More Violent?
In some ways video games to make kids more violent because thy see the people in the games hitting , punching, killing, and etc.. and they think that its okay to do those things in real life. Its not. Also if they are playing black ops zombies or any zombie game then they might get nightmares or they might think that zombies are real and zombies will come to life and like eat their brains out. also, on grand theft auto the point of the game is to like steal money and steal cars, kids might think that all of that stuff is okay to do if they can do it in the game and its not so if they do it they will go to jail or sometimes even prison and none of that is okay. My opinion and many other peoples opinion isn't going to reflect on what other people do with their spare time but our opinion might just work on another persons mind and they might realize what video games can do to your mind and how they affect you and they would find other and better things to do with their spare time. hopefully that works because we wouldn't want to see some of our cloths friends going to jail or even prison for something they that was okay because it was okay in that one game and they will take that game producer to court and everything will be horrible.

Kid Nation
I think this is a really cool show so far. This seems like a fun trip I could take and be a leader. It looked like hard work just getting their belongings there. It seems really fun making the diner. A lot of this seems fake in my opinion. It would be better if there wasn't cameras on them. When people have cameras on them they act a lot different. There is a lot of fights but kids can work together that's the whole point of the show. They had to divide the all the kids up in 4 different groups. This is the funniest show I've ever seen. There is one toilet in the whole town. The kids definitely cry a lot. Some of the kids creep me out. A lot of the kids have to do different things to earn money. They have real life things like town hall meetings. In every town hall meeting they ask if you want to leave. In every town hall meeting one person gets a gold star. Each star is worth 20,000. That can buy you a crap load of shoes and pretty much anything you want.

Something That Upsets Me
Something that really bugs me is when people force me to do something I really cant or don't want to do. like telling me to get out of room that im getting my things out of. I also hate when people say there going to do something but they never end up doing it. Because if I get my hopes up about something fun or special I get really down on myself and that person. That always seems to happen to me. Like when someone says they will call you everyday but always makes an excuse not to. It definitely upsets me everyday.

I Love Being A Kid
Something I really love about being a kid is that I don't have to buy anything my parents buy it for me. I love getting new shoes especially because I love shoes and I don't have to shoes when it comes to getting new ones my parents buy them. Also paying bills I don't have to do because I am not old enough yet. My parents also don't spend random money on me they get me what I need and that's it. But another thing I enjoy about being a kid is all the sports and after school activities there are, Like football, track, ect. Sports is my life and hopefully I am good enough to make it professional someday. Sports is my way to success, fame, and of course money.

Select Ball
Baseball is a really fun sport. I really like playing baseball because, for one it keeps me out of trouble and there is a lot of things to learn about hitting, pitching, fielding, and lots of other things. When I practice we focus on fielding and hitting a lot. I have a little bit of trouble learning how to hit right and use my whole upper core and body. My coach's say I only use my arms and I still can blast balls. I just joined the Chaos a select baseball team. It is my first year with them and playing select baseball.

My First Touchdown
One thing I will never forget about is when I scored my first touchdown, My family was cheering for me and my dad ran with me down the sideline. It was defiantly fun, Since it was my first of course I slammed the ball on the ground. I almost got penalized, Because in the football league were not allowed to show off or celebrate. I was very excited after that game, Because we got to eat where I wanted for a surprise for me. I felt like I was superman.

The Statue Of Verrückt
When one is mulling over summer getaways, Kansas City, Missouri is not a destination that comes to mind. However that may change after May 23rd, when Verrückt, the world's largest and tallest water slide located at the city's Schlitterbahn Water Park. While the park officials will not reveal how tall it is until the opening day when they hope to smash the Guinness World Record, they boast that it definitely surpasses the height of the current record holder - Brazil's 14-story high Insano. To put it in perspective, Verrückt is taller than the Niagara Falls or the Statue of Liberty! Experts speculate that it measures at least 17-stories tall. Jeff Henry is also responsible for many of the Water Park's other unusual attractions like the inland water surfing, uphill water coasters and endless tube rides
that is why people call him the ''The Wizard Of Water''. I would love to ride this slide and go to Schlitterbahn Water Park, Because I love water slides that take my breath away and it looks really fun and interesting.

Ultra Micro Chip
This micro chip was created by Jung-Chih Chiao. Measuring 1.8 millimeters at their widest point, they are very small. Chiao who built the prototype with his associate Smitha Rao, came up with this idea whilst contemplating how best to capture the energy of the large gusts of wind that blew through his backyard, to power his sensors or night lights, without installing a giant wind turbine. Because he is in the process of obtaining a patent for his invention, Chiao will not disclose details about how much power each windmill is capable of generating. The best part is that Chiao and Rao who are still fine-tuning the windmill are already brainstorming with Taiwanese manufacturer WinMems Technologies Co., about bringing these micro energy producers to market. This means that the day when we will all be proud owners of windmill chargers is not far away.
